How we protect your data

We collect only what we need to safely connect you to a beauty professional at home:

• Contact & identity: your name, mobile number, city, profile photo (for safety verification only)
• Bookings: service chosen, date/time, home address and any notes you share with the specialist
• Payments: processed securely by Stripe / Razorpay — Nikhar never stores your card or UPI details
• Specialists: government-issued certificates, bio, and years of experience (for admin verification)

• Confirming and delivering your bookings
• Matching you with verified professionals near you
• Sending WhatsApp / push notifications for booking updates (opt-in)
• Preventing fraud and keeping both sides of the marketplace safe

We do not sell your data. We do not use your booking history for outside advertising.

• All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords are hashed with bcrypt — Nikhar staff cannot read them
• Admin logins require a 2-factor one-time code and are IP-restrictable
• Every administrative action (approvals, cancellations, suspensions) is written to an audit trail so we can trace who did what and when
• Personally-identifying details are masked in internal dashboards; full details are only revealed on-demand for legitimate support

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data — email nikharindiagirls@gmail.com
• Withdraw consent for notifications at any time — from your dashboard
• Ask us to close your account — we will erase or anonymise your data within 30 days (except records we're legally required to keep, like tax invoices)
