Nikhar is a marketplace that connects home-service customers with verified beauty specialists in Punjab. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older and the information you provide is truthful.

• Customers pay via Stripe or Razorpay. Nikhar does not store card / UPI details.
• Business registration is free — no listing fee. Nikhar earns via a small commission on completed bookings only.
• Nikhar takes a platform commission on each booking. The current tier is shown on your Business dashboard and improves as your rating and booking volume grow.
• Discount code NIKHAR100 gives new customers ₹100 off on their first booking of ₹300 or more.

• Customers may cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before the appointment.
• Cancellations inside 4 hours may forfeit up to 50% of the booking value at the specialist's discretion.
• If the specialist cancels or doesn't show up, you receive a full refund automatically within 5-7 working days.

• Off-platform payments — Nikhar cannot protect you if payment happens outside our system.
• Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour towards customers or specialists.
• Falsifying certificates or identity.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension of your account.

Nikhar acts as an intermediary. While we verify specialists and require certificates, the actual service is delivered by an independent professional. To the extent permitted by law, Nikhar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the service itself; direct claims should first be raised via our support line at +91 98208 00099.
